As we wrap up the year, we want to take a moment to catch up on some well-deserved recognition. Over the last few months, our team has been incredibly busy, and while we fell a bit behind on announcing Employee of the Month, the hard work and dedication of our staff never went unnoticed. We’re proud to recognize our October, November, and December 2025 Employees of the Month and celebrate the many ways they’ve contributed to our pharmacy and our patients.

October – Arica, November – Matt W., and December – Kari each bring something special to our team. Arica is dependable and steady, someone we can count on to show up, support her coworkers, and keep things moving smoothly. Matt is known for his strong work ethic, creative problem-solving, and deep investment in patient outcomes—saving the pharmacy money through smart ordering while also working closely with providers to improve patient care. Kari consistently demonstrates reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail, whether she’s supporting customers, helping in the pharmacy, or managing specialty OTC ordering with care and accuracy.

Together, these three represent the commitment, teamwork, and patient-focused mindset we value so much at Chet’s.
